§ 12-11-13-13 — Annual report on operations of program
(a)The ombudsman shall prepare a report
each year on the operations of the program.
(b)A copy of the report required under subsection (a) shall be
provided to the following:
(1)The governor.
(2)The legislative council. The report must be in an electronic
format under IC 5-14-6.
(3)The division.
(4)The interim study committee on public health, behavioral
health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an
electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
