§ 12-11-13-1 — Applicability
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), this
chapter applies only to an individual who:
(1)has a disability; and
(2)receives services administered by the bureau.
(b)This chapter does not apply to an individual served by the long
term care ombudsman program established under IC 12-10-13.
