§ 12-10-6-7 — Investigation of applicant
Whenever the local administrative unit
designated by the division receives an application for assistance under
this chapter, an investigation shall be made of the circumstances of the
applicant to ascertain the facts supporting the application and any other
information that may be required by the rules of the division.
