Text
(a)The assistance shall be paid monthly to:
(1)the recipient; or
(2)the administrator of the county home if the local
administrative unit designated by the division so designates;
upon warrant of the state comptroller from money appropriated to the
division for that purpose.
(b)The state comptroller shall draw the warrants based upon a
verified schedule of the recipients and the amount payable to each
recipient, prepared and verified by the director of the division in
accordance with awards made by the division.
