Text

The court may require an individual to receive protective services only if the court finds, after a hearing, that the individual:

(1)is an endangered adult;
(2)is in need of protective services; and
(3)lacks the ability to make an informed decision concerning the endangered adult's need for protective services. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-5-11(f).]
