Text
The office shall not, to the extent
permitted by federal law, consider as income money paid under this
chapter to or on behalf of an individual in need of self-directed in-home
care to enable the individual to employ registered personal services
attendants, for purposes of determining the individual's income
eligibility for services under this chapter.
