§ 12-10-15-2 — "Health related services" defined
As used in this chapter, "health related
services" means home health services as listed under IC 16-27-1-5(b)
and IC 16-27-1-5(c), attendant and personal care services, professional
nursing services, and the central storage and distribution of
medications.
