§ 12-10-13-6 — State ombudsman
As used in this chapter, "state ombudsman"
refers to the individual appointed by the secretary or the secretary's
designee to run the state long term care ombudsman program and office
under 42 U.S.C. 3001 et seq. and this chapter.
