Text
The office shall ensure that grievances and complaints are addressed concerning the following:
(1)Action taken or failure to take action on behalf of a resident.
(2)Designation or revocation of designation of local:
(A)host agencies; or
(B)representatives of the state long term care ombudsman
program and office.
