Text
(a)The office shall prepare a report each
year on the operations of the office.
(b)A copy of the report shall be provided to the following:
(1)The governor.
(2)The general assembly. The report must be in an electronic
format under IC 5-14-6.
(3)The division.
(4)The secretary.
(5)The Assistant Secretary for Aging of the Administration for
Community Living.
(6)Each area agency on aging within Indiana.
(7)The Indiana department of health.
