Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), the
case management under this chapter of an individual leading to
participation in the program may not be conducted by any agency that
delivers services under the program.
(b)If the division determines that there is no alternative agency
capable of delivering services to the individual, the area agency on
aging that performs the assessment under the program may also deliver
the services.
