§ 10-21-3-8 — Specialized firearms instruction; prohibitions
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 21 SCHOOL SAFETY·Ch. 3 Specialized Firearms Instruction for Teachers, School
A grant provided under section 3 of this chapter may not be used to acquire firearms instruction that:
(1)fails to address each topic and subtopic described in section
4 of this chapter; or
(2)is provided by a person lacking a valid certification or
necessary qualification, as applicable, to teach each topic and
subtopic described in section 4 of this chapter.
