A charter school, accredited nonpublic school, or school corporation that desires to apply for a grant from the department under section 3 of this chapter must require each teacher, school staff member, or school employee who seeks to use grant funds as specified under this chapter to:

(1)have successfully completed the Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory 2 (MMPI-2); and
(2)be able to provide proof of having completed the Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory 2 (MMPI-2) to the department upon request.
