§ 10-21-3-3 — Grant application; form and manner; rules
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 21 SCHOOL SAFETY·Ch. 3 Specialized Firearms Instruction for Teachers, School
(a)A charter school, accredited nonpublic
school, or school corporation shall apply for a grant from the
department in the form and manner prescribed by the department.
(b)The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement
this section.
