Text
(a)The identity of a person who has enrolled
in, participated in, or completed the firearms instruction described in
section 4 of this chapter is confidential.
(b)A charter school, accredited nonpublic school, or school
corporation may not disclose the identity of any person described in
subsection (a) unless otherwise required by law.
