Text
The department shall include the following within the guidelines under section 4 of this chapter:
(1)Guidelines for implementing universal electronic access to
school property for law enforcement to all schools within each
county.
(2)Guidelines for implementing access to closed circuit cameras
from a central location to be used in an emergency situation.
