Text
As used in this chapter, "school property" means any property owned, rented, leased, or operated by:
(1)a nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12);
(2)a public school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-15); or
(3)an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined
by IC 21-7-13-6).
