(a)The council may receive confidential
law enforcement information from the state police department, the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, or other federal, state, or local law
enforcement agencies.
(b)For purposes of IC 5-14-1.5 and IC 5-14-3, information received
under subsection (a) is confidential.
