§ 10-19-3-9 — Expiration of rule variances
A variance granted under section 8 of this chapter expires on the earlier of the following:
(1)The date set by the executive director for the expiration of the
variance.
(2)The occurrence of an event set by the executive director for
the expiration of the variance.
