Text
(a)The stop the bleed donation pool is
established for the purpose of providing Indiana qualified first
responders with bleeding control kits under section 5 of this chapter.
The donation pool shall be administered by the department.
(b)The donation pool consists of donations, gifts, and money
received from any source.
