§ 10-19-13-7 — Testing
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 13 PFAS Biomonitoring Pilot Program
(a)The department may, to the extent
possible, test one thousand (1,000) individuals described in section 6
of this chapter.
(b)If there is additional money in the fund at the end of the state
fiscal year, the department may test additional individuals described in
section 6 of this chapter.
