§ 10-19-13-11 — Application for federal funds
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 13 PFAS Biomonitoring Pilot Program
The department shall apply for federal funds:
(1)available to aid in the administration of the pilot program; and
(2)for which the state may be eligible.
