§ 10-19-12-17 — Impounding sources of radiation
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 12 Nuclear Regulatory Agreement
The department shall have the authority in
the event of an emergency to impound or order the impounding of
sources of radiation in the possession of any person who is not
equipped to observe or fails to observe the provisions of this chapter or
any rules or regulations issued thereunder.
