§ 10-19-12-13 — Conflicting laws
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 12 Nuclear Regulatory Agreement
Ordinances, resolutions, or regulations,
now or hereafter in effect, of the governing body of a municipality or
county or of state agencies, other than the department under section 5
of this chapter, relating to byproduct, source, and special nuclear
materials shall be superseded by this chapter.
