§ 10-19-12-10 — Record keeping
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 12 Nuclear Regulatory Agreement
The department is authorized to require by
rule, regulation, or order the keeping of such records with respect to
activities under licenses and registration certificates issued under this
chapter as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
These records shall be made available for inspection by, or copies
thereof shall be submitted to, the department on request.
