§ 10-19-12-1 — Nuclear regulatory agreement
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 12 Nuclear Regulatory Agreement
This agreement shall be effective immediately upon:
(1)approval by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission; and
(2)signing by the governor and the chairman of the U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission.
