§ 10-19-11-9 — Violations
Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 19 DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY·Ch. 11 Radiation and Radioactive Material Control
A person who:
(1)produces radiation; or
(2)produces, uses, stores, sells, or otherwise disposes of
radioactive materials;
in violation of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor. Each day
a violation continues, after notification in writing of the offense by the
department, constitutes a separate offense.
