§ 10-19-11-7 — Duty of person transporting, handling, using, or storing ionizing radiation sources

A person transporting, handling, using, storing, or keeping ionizing radiation sources shall:
(1)transport, handle, use, store, or keep the ionizing radiation
sources so as to prevent unnecessary radiation; and
(2)make every effort to keep exposures as low as is reasonably
achievable.
