Text
If a person receives, possesses, uses, transfers,
owns, or acquires any source of radiation before the governor enters
into an agreement with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission under
section 4 of this chapter, the person shall register the source of
radiation with the department on forms prescribed by the agency.
