§ 10-18-7-8 — Board of trustees' duties
The board of trustees of a memorial corporation shall do the following:
(1)Conduct the prudential affairs of the memorial corporation.
(2)Vote on the loans, investments, purchases, sales, and the
policy and manner of conducting the affairs of the corporation.
(3)Keep all the money loaned, invested, or in some manner active
and bring into the treasury funds to carry out the spirit and letter
of this chapter.
