§ 10-18-6-2 — Articles of association

Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 18 WAR MEMORIALS·Ch. 6 Veterans Associations

The articles of association must specify the following:

(1)The corporate name of the veterans association.
(2)The object of the association, with the proposed plan of doing business.
(3)The city or town and county of the principal place of business of the association.
(4)The term of existence of the association.
(5)The names of the association's directors or trustees who are to serve for the first year and until the directors' or trustees' successors take office. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-11-2.]
