Text

A township trustee may receive as public property a monument or memorial built:

(1)in the township;
(2)in honor of the township's soldiers or marines; and
(3)by the people with public donations; if the people of the township want to give the monument or memorial to the township. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-8-1.]
