§ 10-18-5-1 — Authority to receive monument or memorial as public property
A township trustee may receive as public property a monument or memorial built:
(1)in the township;
(2)in honor of the township's soldiers or marines; and
(3)by the people with public donations;
if the people of the township want to give the monument or memorial
to the township.
