Text
In the establishment and maintenance of a
World War memorial, a city's board of public works or the board of
trustees of a joint county and city World War memorial has all the
powers and duties conferred upon the Indiana war memorials
commission under IC 10-18-1 to the extent the powers and duties
conferred in IC 10-18-1 are not inconsistent with this chapter.
However, this chapter does not authorize a city's board of public works
or a board of trustees of a joint county and city World War memorial
to employ a secretary.
