§ 10-18-4-16 — Donations, gifts, devises, and bequests
A city may receive donations, gifts, devises,
and bequests for use by the board of public works for the purposes of
this chapter. Any money received by the city may, without
appropriation by the city's legislative body, be used for the purposes for
which the money was donated, as provided in this chapter.
