§ 10-18-3-19 — Bids and contracts; eminent domain

A bid must be received and a contract awarded for the memorial in the same manner as provided by law for a county or city building. Land for a memorial may be acquired under the power of eminent domain in the same manner as other land is acquired by a county or city for a public building.
