Text
This chapter does not prevent a gift or
bequest by deed, will, or otherwise of property to a county or city for
a memorial of the kind described in this chapter. A county and city may
accept a bequest and gift. Property given to the county or city in this
manner may be used exclusively or in conjunction with other donated
property or county or city funds for a memorial. If a gift or bequest is
made to a county or city, proper recognition of the gift or bequest shall
be shown in connection with the memorial.
