Text

(a)A surplus remaining from the sale of bonds for the establishment of a memorial must remain as a separate fund for the maintenance, repair, improvement, or extension of the memorial.
(b)Each year the board of county commissioners and the county council or the common council shall provide a fund necessary for the management, maintenance, repair, improvement, and extension of the memorial. Money for the fund shall be raised by taxation in the manner provided by law for other county or city expenses. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-5-11.]
