Text

All changes made in the designs or plans for a world war memorial are subject to the following:

(1)Changes must be agreed upon in writing, in advance, between the county executive and the contractor and architect.
(2)Compensation may not be paid for design or plan changes.
(3)Changes may not be made that will increase the total cost of the world war memorial.
(4)Changes may not affect the obligation of or release any surety or bondsmen on any contract or bond executed or given in connection with the building of the world war memorial. However, the liability shall be extended to embrace and cover the changes. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-1-7.]
