§ 10-18-2-20 — Authority to erect memorials

Indiana·Title 10 PUBLIC SAFETY·Art. 18 WAR MEMORIALS·Ch. 2 World War Memorials
A political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13) or municipal corporation (as defined in IC 36-1-2-10) may erect or cause to be erected a memorial to the armed forces of World War II under the same conditions that a memorial to the armed forces of World War I may be built.
