Text

(a)A county may receive donations, gifts, devises, and bequests for the county executive to use in connection with a world war memorial.
(b)Any money donated to a county for its world war memorial shall be paid out upon warrants drawn by the auditor of the county, without any appropriation by the county fiscal body, to the county executive.
(c)The county may use money received as donations, gifts, or devises for the:
(1)construction of a world war memorial, alone or with any city; or
(2)acquisition by the county, or jointly by the county and any city located in the county, of real estate and interests in real estate to be dedicated, set apart, and added to any real estate that may have been designated for use or dedicated and set apart by the state for world war memorial and other pub
