Text

(a)A county executive may allow any organizations of soldiers, sailors, and marines, and others to use any structure that is part of a world war memorial constructed under this chapter as a place for meetings and headquarters.
(b)A county executive may allow a structure at a world war memorial to be used for any public purposes.
(c)A county executive shall determine the terms and conditions of leasing space at a world war memorial under this section, including:
(1)whether to charge rent; and
(2)if rent is charged, the rental price. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-1-14.]
