§ 10-18-2-12 — Memorial management, maintenance, repair, or improvement
The county executive shall:
(1)provide a fund necessary for the:
(A)management;
(B)maintenance;
(C)repair; and
(D)improvement;
of any county world war memorial;
(2)pay its part of the cost of:
(A)management;
(B)maintenance;
(C)repair; and
(D)improvement;
of any joint county and city world war memorial, as determined
by contract; and
(3)raise money for the fund by taxation in the manner provided
by law for all other county expenses.
