Text

(a)If a county enters into a contract with any city for the establishment of a joint county and city world war memorial, as provided in this chapter, there is established a board of trustees that consists of five (5) members, to be known as "Trustees of the World War Memorial for the County of ____________ and the City of ______________ ", giving the name of the county and the name of the city.
(b)The trustees shall be appointed as follows:
(1)Three (3) trustees shall be appointed by the county executive of the county.
(2)Two (2) trustees shall be appointed by the mayor of the city.
(c)One (1) of the trustees appointed by the mayor shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years and one (1) for a term of three (3) years. Subsequently, the trustees shall be appointed by the mayor for a
