Text

The commission shall elect the following:

(1)One (1) member of the commission to serve as president.
(2)One (1) member of the commission to serve as vice president.
(3)One (1) qualified person who is not a member of the commission to serve as secretary of the commission. The commission shall elect officers each year. Officers shall hold their respective offices for one (1) year or during the pleasure of the commission. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-2-5 part.]
