Text

It is a Level 6 felony for a member of the commission or the architect, secretary, superintendent, or any other person in the employ of the commission to:

(1)knowingly be interested in or derive any profit from any contract, employment, or purchase connected with the Indiana World War Memorial or with any action of the commission; or
(2)knowingly be interested in any claim against the commission or the state growing out of the erection or maintenance of the Indiana World War Memorial; other than for the compensation for their services or for their expenses as provided in this chapter.
