§ 10-18-1-32 — Contract for additional structures

The commission, with the approval of the governor, may let a contract for the erection of additional structures on the site of the Indiana World War Memorial, in accordance with plans and specifications adopted by the commission, with the approval of the governor, to any competent and reliable contractor.
