§ 10-18-1-28 — Superintendent and employees; powers of arrest
The superintendent of the State Soldiers' and
Sailors' Monument and of Monument Circle and those serving under
the superintendent who are appointed by the commission have police
powers and may make arrests or do other things as may be needed to
enforce the laws for the protection and care of the monuments and
Monument Circle.
