Text

A person who intentionally damages or removes any of the property of the state on Monument Circle is liable for the payment of a penalty not less than twice the sum necessary to repair the damage or restore the lost property. The penalty may be collected by the commission in a civil action. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-2-18.]
