Text
(a)The grounds that belong to the state in
Indianapolis:
(1)designated in the Constitution of the State of Indiana as
Governor's Circle;
(2)later called "Circle Park"; and
(3)known and designated as "Monument Place";
shall be known and designated as "Monument Circle".
(b)All written instruments and all laws that relate to the grounds
described in subsection (a) in statutes are effective for the purpose
intended when the grounds are described and designated as Monument
Circle.
