Text

(a)The commission shall do the following:
(1)Keep a record of the commission's proceedings.
(2)Make a quarterly report for public use that includes the following:
(A)A detailed account of the expenditures of the commission.
(B)A summary of the commission's proceedings that includes:
(i)a statement of all contracts let;
(ii)the name of the person to whom the contracts were let; and
(iii)the amount of each contract.
(b)The report required under subsection (a) must be filed with the state comptroller.
(c)Reports created and filed under this section are public records. [Pre-2003 Recodification Citation: 10-7-2-5 part.]
